PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an animal retreat not to eat nor damage an article by securely making the animal sense LED light.SOLUTION: At least two LEDs in different colors are blinked, and the blinking light emitted from the LEDs is applied to a passage of the animal close to an article to be protected from the animal, or reflected by a reflector to be applied to the passage, so that the animal approaching the article avoids the blinking light. The color of the blinking light is of a type the animal dislikes. The at least two LEDs emit light in different colors, and the at least two LEDs are blinked alternately at appropriate time intervals.
