PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser surgery apparatus whereby an incision wound to be formed in an eyeball in order to remove an eyeball tissue can be made as small as possible.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic laser surgery apparatus includes a pulsed laser beam source that emits a pulsed laser beam for generating a plasma at a focal point, and an illuminating optical system having a moving optical system that moves the focal point of the laser beam three-dimensionally. The ophthalmic laser surgery apparatus cuts a tissue inside a cornea with the laser beam into a lens-like tissue corresponding to the amount of refractive correction.
