The present invention relates to a skin external application composition for removing moles by using conventional flaming coal powder and fine charcoal powder. More specifically, a liquid remaining without being distilled in a step of extracting a mixture of flaming coal powder and fine charcoal powder by hot water is included as an active ingredient. According to the skin external application composition for removing moles by using an extract of flaming coal powder and fine charcoal powder, included, as an active ingredient, is an extract obtained by mixing flaming coal powder obtained by carbonizing flaming coal for one time with fine charcoal powder obtained by carbonizing fine charcoal for two times at a volume ratio of 1:1 and by performing hot water extraction on the mixture. Thus, the skin external application composition is not irritating to skin at all, and can effectively remove moles, such as freckles, ephelides, and age spots, on skin without causing a side effect. Moreover, according to the present invention, moles are removed by coating, on skin, only a composition including an extract of flaming coal powder and fine charcoal powder as an active ingredient without mixing other chemical components.
