The present invention relates to a patch composition for skin and, more specifically, to a patch composition for skin which comprises 10-60 wt% of polyurethane, 15-80 wt% of vinyl acetate/vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer, 0.1-10 wt% of skin active ingredient, 0.5-10 wt% of plasticizer, and water for a remnant. When the patch composition for skin of the present invention is used, components useful for skin can be reliably absorbed by the skin without fear of skin irritation since no additional glue is used, and the components useful for the skin can be effectively absorbed by the skin due to excellent solubility.본 발명은 피부용 패치 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리우레탄 10 내지 60중량%, 비닐아세테이트/비닐피롤리돈 공중합체 15 내지 80중량%, 피부 유효 성분 0.1 내지 10중량%, 가소제 0.5 내지 10중량% 및 잔부의 물을 포함하는 피부용 패치 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 피부용 패치 조성물을 이용하는 경우 추가의 접착제가 사용되지 않으므로 피부 자극의 염려 없이 피부에 유용한 성분을 안정적으로 피부에 흡수시킬 수 있으며, 우수한 가용성에 의해 피부에 유용한 성분이 효과적으로 피부에 흡수될 수 있다.
