PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing agent for a reduced form biomolecule that prevents change of the reduced form biomolecule into an oxidized form biomolecule over time which begins immediately after sampling, a container containing the stabilizer, an analysis method using the stabilizing agent, and a reduced form albumin preparation.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a stabilizing agent for a reduced form biomolecule which contains an acid and its salt so that a final concentration of the acid and its salt is 20 mM or more after mixing them with the reduced form biomolecule, and the resulting mixture has a pH of 3.0 or more and not more than 7.5.
