PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable pharmaceutical composition containing interferon-&gamma but containing no serum albumin derived from homeothermic animal such as human, swine or bovine serum albumin.
SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains no serum albumin derived from homeothermic animal but essentially contains interferon-&gamma, sugar and/or a sugar alcohol, an SH group-bearing compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a hydrophilic polymer.
