PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter and a fluid administration device capable of reducing the time for replacing the fluid in the catheter.SOLUTION: The drug administration device 1 includes an elongated body 3 having a first lumen 9 for supplying the fluid from the base end and a second lumen 11, a third lumen 13 capable of communicating to the first lumen 9 and the second lumen 11, at least one drug discharge port 4 for communicating the third lumen 13 and the outside, and a catheter.
