PURPOSE: A palatal device is provided to promote effective orthodontic therapy and to minimize inconvenience despite swallowing and speaking. CONSTITUTION: A palatal device includes a fixing body, a fixing unit, a support wire(20) and a plurality of elastic chains(30). The fixing body forms a plurality of connection grooves having left and right symmetry, and left and right sides are curved. The fixing unit is made of a plurality of cone type fixing rings which are formed via a connection unit in upper and lower sides of the center of the fixing body and fix the fixing body to a soft palate by inserting a screw. The support wire is installed in an external part of the fixing unit and is connected to a first molar tooth through a corrective band welded to be fixed in the left and right sides. The plurality of elastic chains connect the fixing unit and a support wire and apply a corrective force to the support wire.본 발명은 구개장치에 관한 것으로, 이 구개장치는 좌우 대칭을 이루면서 그 좌우측이 절곡된 상태로 각각 다수의 연결홈이 형성된 고정몸체와 상기 고정몸체의 중앙부 상하측에 연결부재를 매개로 다수 형성되어 스크류가 삽입됨으로써 고정몸체를 입천정에 고정하는 원통형의 고정링 및 상기 고정몸체의 좌우측단에 각각 돌출형성된 날개부로 이루어진 고정수단과, 상기 고정수단의 외측에 설치되어 그 좌우측에 용접 고정된 교정용 밴드를 통해 제1대구치에 연결됨과 아울러 중앙부에는 걸이부가 형성된 지지용 와이어 및, 상기 고정수단과 상기 지지용 와이어를 서로 연결하여 지지용 와이어에 교정력을 가하는 다수의 탄성 체인을 포함하여 구성된다.따라서, 입천정 내에서 장치의 설치가 용이하기 때문에 그 사용이 편리하고, 입천정에 설치되는 고정수단을 통해 여러 방향으로 교정력을 가할 수 있기 때문에 한 번의 시술로 교정이 가능하며, 구개장치의 교정용 결찰구의 연결이 용이하기 때문에 보다 효과적인 치열교정치료를 도모할 수 있다.
