PURPOSE: A vibrational massage device for makeup is provided to allow the use of different caps according to the shape of the face of a user and to improve massage efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A vibrational massage device for makeup comprises a main body (110) and a first cap unit (120). The main body comprises an upper plate (111), a vibration unit (112), and a first coupling unit (113). A driving unit for vibrating the vibration unit is built in the main body. The upper plate is located inside the upper part of the main body in a predetermined depth. The vibration unit protrudes from the center of the upper plate and is vibrated by a vibrator. The first coupling unit has a protrusion (113a) formed on the upper external periphery of the main body. The first cap unit includes a second coupling unit (122) which is combined with or detached from the first coupling unit.
