The invention relates to a centro-medullary rod blocking system for osteosynthesis, meant to be used in veterinary and human medicine in pediatrics, orthopaedics, traumatology, reparative and reconstructive surgery. According to the invention, the blocking system comprises two pieces: a. a blocking piece (1) with a slit (2) for the passage of the centro-medullary rod, which can have a cylindrical shape with a constant diameter on its entire length, or with a lower diameter on the part opposite to the clamping screw, which may have a cone or a truncated-cone shape or other geometrical shape, for example oval or paralellepipedal, the blocking piece (1) being externally threaded in order to be screwed into the bone, and having inner thread on the entire length of the blocking piece in order to screw the rod clamping screw, and b. a blocking screw (3) which is screwed into the blocking piece (1), fastening the intramedullary rod, the external end of the blocking screw (3) being provided with a recess in the shape of a slit, star, cross or imbus, wherein the screw driver is introduced for driving the screw (3).Invenţia se referă la un sistem de blocare a tijei centromedulare pentru osteosinteză, utilizată de medicina veterinară şi umană în pediatrie, ortopedie, traumatologie, chirurgie reparatorie şi reconstructivă. Sistemul de blocare conform invenţiei este constituit din două piese: a. o piesă (1) de blocare cu o fantă (2) de trecere a tijei centromedulare, care poate avea formă cilindrică cu diametrul constant pe toată lungimea ei, sau diametrul mai mic pe partea opusă şurubului de strângere, putând avea formă conică sau de trunchi de con, sau altă formă geometrică, de exemplu ovală sau paralelipipedică, piesa (1) de blocare fiind filetată pe exterior, pentru a putea fi înfiletată în os, şi având filet interior pe toată lungimea piesei de blocare pentru înfiletarea şurubului de stângere a tijei, şi b. un şurub (3) de blocare, care se înfiletează în piesa (1) de blocar
