PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a driving direction of a cup correctly as a preoperative plan in a system configuration whose scale is as small as possible.SOLUTION: An artificial hip joint installation system comprises: a pelvis posture display unit U1 having contact parts 11A, 11B in contact with patients right/left anterior superior iliac spines, a holding part 12 holding the contact part, support parts (14-19) for supporting the position and the posture of the holding part 12 so that they can be adjusted freely on a surgical bed, and a relative angle detection part 20 which is attached to the support part 12 and emits index light and a cup positioning unit U2 having a cup driving device 37 which is equipped with an artificial hip joint cup CP and used for driving it to the pelvis acetabular cartridge, holding parts (31, 33, 35, 36) which hold the cup driving device adjusted at the three-dimentional angles predetermined in the preoperative plan, and a relative angle detection part 32 which is attached to the holding parts (31, 33, 35, 36) and emits the index light.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】なるべく小規模なシステム構成としながら、カップの打ち込み方向を術前計画通り正確に再現すること。【解決手段】患者の左右上前腸骨棘に当接する当接部11A,11B、当接部を保持する保持部12、手術台に対し、保持部12の位置及び姿勢を調整自在に支持する支持部(14~19)、及び保持部12に取付けられ、指標光を出射する相対角度検出部20を有した骨盤姿勢表示ユニットU1と、人工股関節のカップCPを装着し、骨盤臼蓋に打ち込むためのカップ打込み器37、カップ打ち込み器を術前計画で決定された3次元角度に調整して保持する保持部(31,33,35,36)、保持部(31,33,35,36)に取付けられ、指標光を出射する相対角度検出部32を有したカップポジショニングユニットU2とを備える。【選択図】図2
