It relates to a system and a method for preparing a patient for a dynamic medical imaging examination. The method for preparing a patient comprises: a step (211) of selection of the part of the body of the patient to be imaged during a step (220) of acquisition of medical images, a step (212) of selection of a movement of guidance of said part of the body to be reproduced by the patient during the step (220) of acquisition of medical images, a step (214) of determination of a real movement performed by the part of the body of the patient to be imaged, and a step (216) of simultaneous display of a real video, representing the real movement performed by the part of the body of the patient to be imaged, and of a guidance video, representing the selected part of the body of the patient performing the selected guidance movement.L'invention se situe dans le domaine de l'imagerie médicale.
