The present invention relates to a skewering device capable of preventing a skewer from being damaged or departing in a transfer direction during a skewer manufacturing procedure. The device includes: a transfer plate including a transfer groove to place a skewer in, and a transfer hole formed in a longitudinal direction of the transfer groove； a housing installed in the lower part of the transfer plate, and including a pneumatic cylinder； a guide bar connected with the pneumatic cylinder to guide the transfer of the skewer in the groove, and including a guide plate slid along the transfer hole on an end portion； a support part installed at an end of the housing, facing the transfer groove, and comprising a plurality of insertion grooves on which an object to be skewered are provided on an upper surface and skewer guide holes are formed in both longitudinal sides of the insertion groove； an operating part combined with the housing to cover the upper part of the support part, and including a pneumatic cylinder installed inside and a pressure bar installed at an end of the pneumatic cylinder； and a control part installed inside the operating part, and including a control switch and an operating switch for controlling the operation of the pneumatic cylinder and controlling the amount of power to the cylinder.본 발명은 꼬치 제조과정에서 꼬치막대가 손상되거나 이송방향에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 꼬치 꽂이장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은 꼬치막대가 안착되는 이송홈과, 상기 이송홈의 길이 방향으로 형성되는 이송공을 구비한 이송판； 상기 이송판의 하단에 설치되며 공압실린더가 내측에 구비된 하우징； 상기 이송홈에 놓이는 꼬치막대의 이송을 안내하기 위해 상기 공압실린더에 연결되며 단부에는 상기 이송공을 따라 슬라이딩되는 가이드판이 구비된 가이드바； 상기 이송홈과 대향되게 상기 하우징의 단부에 설치되며, 상면으로는 꼬치대상물이 놓이는 복수개의 삽입홈과, 상기 삽입홈의 길이 방향 양측부로 형성되는 꼬치안내공을 형성한 받침부； 상기 받침부의 상부를 덮도록 상기 하우징에 결합되며 내측에는 공압실린더가 설치되고, 상기 공압실린더의 단부에는 압력바가 구비된 구동부 및 상기 공압실린더에 전원을 인가하고 작동을 제어하는 작동스위치 및 제어스위치를 구비하여 상기 구동부의 내측에 설치되는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된다.
