PURPOSE: A device for producing fermented compost is provided to heat a house by supplying compost fermentation heat to the house. CONSTITUTION: A device for producing fermented compost comprises a container and support plates(114). The container accommodates a compost material and is combined with square flat panels. The support plates cross to each other along the height of the container. The lower one among the support plates supports the biggest load by increasing the area and incline thereof. The square flat panel comprises a piping panel(106) and a heating panel(110) which covers the piping panel and keeps the warmth of the piping panel.본 발명은 농축산 폐기물을 발효시켜 퇴비를 생산하는 퇴비발효기에 관한 것으로, 농가에서 발생하는 유기물질 폐기물을 퇴비화하고, 그 과정에서 발생하는 발효열을 이용해 하우스를 난방하는 난방장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 폐기물, 환경유해물질로 전락할 수 있는 재료들을 이용해 발효과정을 거쳐 친환경 무공해 퇴비를 생산할 수 있는 것은 물론, 발효과정에서 발생하는 발효열을 효과적으로 회수해 하우스 내부를 난방할 수 있다.또한, 농가에서 배출되는 폐기물을 퇴비로 만들어 다시 경작과정에 활용하기 때문에 무공해 친환경적 폐기물 처리가 가능하고, 높은 고유가로 인한 경제적 부담과 화석연료 사용에 따른 환경오염을 원천적으로 해결해 농가의 소득증대와 에너지자립도 상승은 물론 친환경 농축산업을 유도할 수 있는 난방장치에 관한 것이다.
