The two or more spring structure portions (119) impart a pressing force on an inner wall surface of a third cylindrical portion (193). Two or more fitting grooves (196) are formed in the third cylindrical portion. In this fitting state, the piston member (111) and a second-component containing member (109) rotate together whereby the contact portions (117) of the spring structure portions (119) engage with the fitting grooves (196) and a second-component containing chamber (201) and a mixing chamber (139) are brought into communication with each other. When a force of a predetermined level or higher toward a third bottom wall portion (195) is applied to an operating rod portion (115) the contact portions (117) disengage with the fitting grooves (196).
