This invention relates to a drug-eluting balloon catheter with a coating comprising paclitaxel. In particular, the coating is prepared from a composition comprising paclitaxel and a lipophilic excipient. The drug-eluting balloon catheter according to the invention shows excellent results in the treatment of stenosis and minimizes the risk of restenosis.L'invention concerne un cathéter à ballonnet à élution de médicaments dont le revêtement comprend du paclitaxel.
