The object of the present invention is a method for obtaining an injectable hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid containing lidocaine hydrochloride and an alkaline agent, sterilized with heat, having hyaluronic acid concentration and flow properties, equivalent to those of the corresponding hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid not containing any lidocaine hydrochloride. The present invention also relates to various uses of the aforementioned hydrogel.La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un hydrogel injectable à base d'acide hyaluronique contenant du chlorhydrate de lidocaïne ajouté sous une forme pulvérulente, et un agent alcalin, stérilisé par la chaleur, ayant une concentration en acide hyaluronique et des propriétés d'écoulement équivalentes à celles de l'hydrogel correspondant à base d'acide hyaluronique mais ne contenant pas de chlorhydrate de lidocaïne. La présente invention concerne également différentes utilisations de l'hydrogel susmentionné.
