The present invention relates to an animal breeding cage which comprises: box-typed main bodies capable of being stacked in multi-layers to have partitioned spaces； a cage inserted into the main body； and an excrement plate integrally installed without any partition and disposed at the bottom of each layer or under the partitioned spaces of the main bodies, wherein the plate can be inclined toward an excrement collection portion and a high-pressure water pipe is connected thereto to inject high-pressure water. Accordingly, so as to simultaneously breed multiple animals, multiple partitioned spaces installed on each layer have metal bars, a through-hole at the bottom, a feed inlet and a hinged door capable of being opened or closed； a case capable of being divided into a upper and a lower part is inserted individually, animals can be separately bred per partition； the excrement plate is installed at the lowest end of the partitioned space of each layer to be capable of being inclined. The excrement falls through the bottom through-hole of a cage down to the excrement plate.
