PURPOSE: A vegetative mat gabion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily manufacture the vegetative mat gabion at a low cost by installing an anti-separation member on a wall and a partition.CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vegetation mat gabion is as follows. A bottom mesh, in which wall portions are integrally formed in the both sides is formed, and the wall portions are bent. The other mesh, in which the both sides and bottom circumference contact with both ends of the bottom mesh is installed such that a loading space is formed. A partition mesh is installed inside the bottom mesh. The fillers(40) consisting of gravel and sand are filled in the loading space. The fillers are prevented from becoming separated to outside by installing an anti-separation member in the partition mesh and the other mesh. A cover mesh is installed on the loading space. The vegetation mat is installed on a lower or upper part of the cover mesh.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 식생매트 개비온 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 식생매트 개비온 제조방법은, 일측벽체부가 양측에 일체로 형성되어 있는 바닥망체를 준비한 후 양측의 일측벽체부를 구부리는 밴딩단계 양 측면 및 하부 둘레가 바닥망체의 양측 끝단에 맞닿도록 구성된 타측망체를 설치하여 내부에 적재공간을 형성하는 적재공간형성단계 바닥망체의 내부에 칸막이망체를 설치하는 칸막이설치단계 적재공간에 자갈과 모래로 구성된 충전물을 투입하여 채우는 충진단계 상기 일측벽체부, 타측망체, 칸막이망체에 이탈방지부재를 설치하여 적재공간 내부 충전물의 외부 이탈을 방지하는 이탈방지부재설치단계 적재공간의 상부에 덮개망체를 설치하는 덮개망체설치단계 덮개망체의 상부 또는 하부에 식생매트를 설치하는 식생매트설치단계를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 의하여, 개비온의 내부에 수급이 어려운 골재 대신 시공 현장에서 바로 채취가 가능한 자갈과 모래를 충진하면서 칸막이 및 벽면에 자갈과 모래의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 이탈방지부재를 설치함으로써 저렴한 시공비로 용이하게 식생매트 개비온을 제조할 수 있게 되고, 이때, 이탈방지부재를 천이나 부직포 등 연질의 재료를 사용하면서도 중앙을 연결하는 변을 기준으로 접히도록 구성하여 일측벽체부나 타측망체, 칸막이망체에 걸치는 식으로 간편하게 설치함으로써 이탈방지부재의 고정이 용이하게 하여 간편하게 시공할 수 있게 된다.
