The present invention relates to a purification method for extract of Angelica gigas Nakai, and more specifically, to a purification method for extract of Angelica gigas Nakai which comprises the following steps: macerating dried Angelica gigas Nakai in ethanol for alcoholic beverages, and extracting the Angelica gigas Nakai after the ethanol is heated； precipitating and separating impurities, and concentrating a supernatant after the removal of the impurities to prepare an Angelica gigas Nakai extract； and removing the remaining impurities inside the Angelica gigas Nakai extract using the column chromatography.본 발명은 참당귀 추출액의 정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면 건조한 참당귀를 주정용 에탄올에 냉침하고, 상기 에탄올을 가열한 상태에서 다시 상기 참당귀를 추출한 후, 불순물을 침전시켜 분리 제거한 상등액을 농축하여 참당귀 추출액을 제조하고, 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 상기 참당귀 추출액 속에 잔존하는 불순물을 제거하는 참당귀 추출액의 정제방법에 관한 것이다.
