The slave (120) includes an actuator (124) applying a force in a longitudinal axial direction to a delivery wire (70) or the like according to the applied driving amount to move the delivery wire. The manipulation unit (323) includes a secondary catheter manipulation unit (14M) and a delivery wire manipulation unit (13M) for operating a catheter (50) and a delivery wire (70) individually, arranged in close proximity at the surface of a casing of the master (210).
