The present invention provides a mite removing vacuum cleaner capable of attaining two purposes of mite removal cleaning and general cleaning. According to the present invention, the mite removing vacuum cleaner mainly comprises a cleaner body and a mite removing device. The mite removing device is detachably attached in a front part of the cleaner body, and including a circuit board, a vibrator, and an ultraviolet (UV) sterilizing lamp. The circuit board is electrically connected to a power source, the vibrator is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the UV sterilizing lamp is installed on a lower surface of the mite removing device and is electrically connected to the circuit board. Accordingly, the mite removing vacuum cleaner performs mite removing cleaning with respect to bedclothes when the cleaner body is combined with the mite removing device, and the cleaner body is solely used for general cleaning when the cleaner body and the mite removing device are separated.
