PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endodontic filling material, and a method.SOLUTION: Provided is a dental root canal filling method including: a step of providing a hydraulic filling material； a step of inserting the hydraulic filling material into the dental root canal； and a step of congealing the material in the root canal to form a biocompatible filling material. The hydraulic filling material contains a hydrogel-forming agent and a filler. The hydrogel-forming agent is at least either one of a reactive organic hydrogel-forming agent, inorganic hydrogel-forming agent, and non-reactive organic hydrogel-forming agent. The filler is either a self-cure filler or a nonhardenable filler. The filling material can be formed from two or more precursor compositions in its original position in the dental root canal, or can be formed immediately before its insertion into the dental root canal.【課題】歯内充填材料および方法の提供。【解決手段】水硬性充填材料を提供する工程、および水硬性充填材料を歯根管に挿入する工程、前記材料を歯根管内で凝結させ、生体適合性充填材を形成する工程を含む、歯根管を充填する方法。水硬性充填材料は、ヒドロゲル形成剤と充填剤を含み、ヒドロゲル形成剤は、反応性有機ヒドロゲル形成剤、無機ヒドロゲル形成剤、および非反応性有機ヒドロゲル形成剤の少なくとも１つであり、充填剤は自己硬化性充填剤および非硬化性充填剤の少なくとも１つである。充填材料は、複数の前駆体組成物から歯根管内の本来の位置で形成されても、または、歯根管に挿入する直前に形成されてもよい。【選択図】なし
