PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller type tool for plastering poultice on users back, which can be correctly and easily handled and enables a user to plaster a poultice on his/her back by himself/herself with clothes on.SOLUTION: When a poultice is plastered by a method in which the poultice straddles between a pressing roller 10 and a transfer belt 12, in rotation of the pressing roller, the poultice moves down so as to follow the outer periphery of the pressing roller with the rotation of the pressing roller and exposes an adhesive surface 19a between the roller and the transfer belt, and thus the poultry is plastered on the back. In this way, an easy-to-handle and compact roller type tool for plastering a poultice on the back can be provided, and the tool has a long grip so as to enable a back scratcher-cum-poultice remover and a towel clip to be attached.
