PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tourniquet capable of expanding and decompressing an expansion part by a simple operation without using a dedicated instrument as a separate body from the tourniquet.SOLUTION: A tourniquet 10 includes: a belt body 20 to be wound around a wrist W fixing means 30 for fixing the belt body with it wound around the wrist an expansion part 40 connected to the belt body and to be expanded by injection of air a tube body 110 for connecting an expansion space 40a of the expansion part to the outside of the expansion part 40 and a roller pump 120 capable of injecting the outside air of the expansion part into the expansion space. The roller pump includes a rotatable operation part 130 having a rotary shaft 131, a roller part 140 rotating in conjunction with the rotation of the operation part, and a base part 160 on which the tube body is disposed.
