This invention relates to a 3-dimentional simulating rehabilitation system and method. About its method, it includes the steps of (1) preparing step, (2) simulating rehabilitation step, and (3) finishing step. First, a main body and two pairs of rehabilitation devices are provided. This main body has two sides. One upper and one lower rehabilitation devices are disposed on one side of the main body and these devices can move in X, Y, and Z directions. Each rehabilitation device contains a round disk. A rotatable supporting disk is disposed on the round disk at a biased center. A users hands and feet can place on these four rotatable supporting disks. A sound/light device can generate the sound/light effect so as to let the user feel like in a professional rehabilitation environment. Therefore, this invention can simulate a rehabilitation process. It can adjust the moving angle depending on the users condition. Its safety is high. In addition, it can detect the users physiological condition.
