The invention relates to technology, and specifically to optical instruments which are used for inspecting internal cavities both in medicine - gynaecology, urology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, surgery, et al., and in veterinary medicine, and in industry - mechanical engineering, the power-generating industry, etc. The video and photo endoscopic device comprises a rigid or flexible endoscope with an illumination source, said endoscope being connected to a housing, in which a video and photo camera is arranged, a control unit, a data-recording unit, a dictaphone and an attached mobile monitor, with a power supply from a storage battery or from an AC mains and with the possibility of wireless transmission of a signal to a computer, to a printer and to an additional monitor. The housing contains a wireless transmitter for transmitting a video signal, a photo signal and an audio signal to an external signal receiver of the additional monitor, computer or the Internet in a real time mode.
