The present invention provides an antibacterial resin which is used for coating on the surface of a substrate, or may be added to other resinous materials. The antibacterial resin comprises a resin-based group and an antibacterial molecule, wherein the antimicrobial molecule is obtained from at least one of hydrolysis reaction and condensation reaction of a reactive monomer containing amino siloxane functional group.
