PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that the operation for separating the stalks of one whole piece of broccoli is manually carried out by cutting the lower part of a stem, holding the stem by a hand and cutting the stalks surrounding the stem by one hand knife to require time and effort for the operation and to cause obstacles for the increase of yield.SOLUTION: The apparatus for cutting the stalks of the broccoli of a leaf vegetable is constituted as follows. The whole stalks radially attached to the stem are pushed down by a pair of 03 and 04, and 08 and 09 belonging to the 03 and 04 in Fig.1 of stalk-cutting mechanisms capable of surrounding the flower buds in a cylinder holding the stalk-cutting apparatus in an opened state of Fig.2, and in a closed state of 01 and 02 of Fig.1, the whole stalks attached to the outer periphery of the stem of the stalks can be cut momentary by circular cutting blades 33 and 34 of Fig.1 by pressurizing the center of the stem core in the lower direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来、ブロッコリーを1本ずつ茎の下部を切断して手で保持して茎の円周を取り巻く葉柄を、片手包丁により手作業で行われているので作業に手間及び時間が掛かり収穫高揚に障害となっているという問題点を有している。【解決手段】本発明は以上の目的を達成するため、図2の開放状態で、葉柄切断装置を保持する筒に花蕾を包囲できる一対の葉柄切断機構図1の03、04及び03、04に付属する08、09によって茎外周に放射状に付く全葉柄を押さえ込み図1の01、02の閉塞の時に於いて、茎心を中心に下方向に加圧する事によって図1の円形切断刃33、34で、葉柄類の茎外周に付く全葉柄を一瞬に切断することが出来る。【選択図】図1
