PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antifungal agents having a novel action mechanism against filamentous molds.SOLUTION: The invention provides a protein having an anti-fungal activity against filamentous molds, which comprises an amino acid sequence differing from a specified amino acid sequence by one or a few substitution, deletion, insertion, addition or inversion of amino acids except for the 47th and 96th amino acids. Also provided is a method for using the protein under reducing conditions as an antifungal agent against filamentous molds (except for Candida species), those pathogenic for human.【課題】糸状菌に対し新たな作用機序を有する抗真菌薬の提供。【解決手段】特定の配列からなるアミノ酸配列において、先頭から４７番目と９６番目のアミノ酸以外の１若しくは数個のアミノ酸の置換、欠失、挿入、付加、又は逆位を含むアミノ酸配列からなり、かつ、糸状菌に対する抗真菌活性を有するタンパク質、並びに当該タンパク質の還元状態下における、人への病原性を有する糸状菌（ただし、カンジダ属菌を除く）に対する抗真菌薬としての使用する方法。【選択図】図３
