PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an RI image of the same subject to quantify the changes of the image due to a lapse of time, for supporting diagnosis.SOLUTION: An image analysis support device includes: an original image data storage unit 11 a template ROI data storage unit 15 a difference image generation unit 23 which generates image data of a difference image showing a difference between a first image and a second image, on the basis of first image data and second image data and an ROI value calculation unit 27 which calculates an ROI value that represents the whole or a part of a plurality of individual ROIs, on the basis of the image data of the difference image in an area which is determined by the individual ROIs included in the template ROI.
