The present invention relates to an automatic needling device which has an ejection mechanism for automatically continuously ejecting a plurality of needles to allow a safe surgical operation on the skin of a recipient. According to the present invention, the automatic needling device comprises: a main body which is in the form of a hollow tube that has, at a front end portion thereof, a needle ejection hole from which a needle is ejected; a needle mounting unit which is disposed immediately behind the needle ejection hole and in which a needle to be used for a surgical operation is mounted; a press button which is installed to be linearly movable on a side surface portion of the main body to move relative to the main body in response to a pressing manipulation of a surgical operator; a rotation cam which is rotatably installed inside the main body and includes, on an outer perimeter portion thereof, a plurality of driving toothed projections in the shape of a gear tooth formed along a circumferential direction thereof up to a fixed section; a punching member which is installed to be capable of linearly reciprocating along an axial direction of the main body from immediately behind the needle mounting unit and includes driven toothed projections configured to engage with the driving toothed projections to punch a rear end portion of the needle mounting unit; an elastic member which applies a frontward elastic force to the punching member; and an interlocking unit which converts a linear movement of the press button into a rotating movement of the rotation cam.본 발명은 복수의 침을 연속적으로 자동 발사하여 피시술자의 피부에 안전하게 시술할 수 있는 발사 메커니즘을 갖는 자동 침 시술장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 자동 침 시술장치는, 전단부에 침이 방출되는 침발사구가 형성되어 있는 중공관 형태의 본체와; 상기 침발사구의 바로 후방에 배치되며, 시술될 침이 장착되는 침장착부와; 상기 본체의 측면부에 직선 이동 가능하게 설치되어 시술자의 누름 조작에 의해 본체에 대해 이동하는 누름버튼과; 상기 본체 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 외주부에 기어이 형태로 된 복수의 구동치상돌기가 원주방향을 따라 일정 구간까지 형성되어 있는 회전캠과; 상기 침장착부의 바로 후방에서 본체의 축방향을 따라 직선 왕복 운동 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 회전캠의 구동치상돌기와 맞물리는 종동치상돌기가 형성되어 상기
