PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device easily controlling environmental conditions of temperature and moisture of a culture medium, especially, a plant root zone environment, without complicated and expensive facilities, and to provide an elevated cultivation device supporting the plant cultivation device to place in an appropriate height from the ground without complicated and expensive facilities.SOLUTION: This plant cultivation device is provided with a tubular culture medium which has a culture medium tube on an external surface or an internal surface of a support tube and a hollow path in which both ends are communicated in the inside and extend, and horizontally or inclinedly supports the tubular culture medium. Furthermore, the device includes a culture medium watering means which passes through the hollow path for watering the culture medium tube, and/or a culture medium heating cooling means which faces or passes through the hollow path for heating and cooling the culture medium tube.
