The invention relates to compounds inducing nitric oxide into vegetal tissues and to a process for using the same in treating some culture plants. According to the invention, the compounds have a 3,5-disubstituted isoxazole structure with the formula (I) where R is a 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl or 2-thienyl group, and Ris a carbomethoxy, carboethoxy, phenyl or substituted phenyl group with electron-attracting groups. The claimed process consists in treating the cabbage cultures and, possibly, wheat, cauliflower, tomato or cucumber cultures, in doses of 2...7.5 g/ha, namely concentrations of 4...30 mg/l of nitric oxide inducing-compounds, applied in a quota of 200...500 liters of suspension containing usual adjuvants.Invenţia se referă la compuşi inductori de oxid nitric în ţesuturi vegetale, şi la un procedeu de utilizare a acestora în tratamentul unor plante de cultură. Compuşii conform invenţiei au o structură de izoxazol 3,5-disubstituit cu formula (I)în care R este o grupare 3,4-metilendioxifenil sau 2-tienil, iar Reste o grupare carbometoxi, carboetoxi, fenil sau fenil substituit cu grupări atrăgătoare de electroni. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în tratamentul culturilor de varză, eventual, grâu, conopidă, tomate sau castraveţi, în doze de 2...7,5 g/ha, respectiv, concentraţii de 4...30 mg/l compuşi inductori de oxid nitric, aplicaţi în norme de 200...500 l suspensie conţinând adjuvanţi uzuali.
