SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises a culture supernatant liquid of dermal fibroblasts separated from a piece of skin obtained from a human subject using the cosmetic composition, wherein the culture supernatant. The liquid is a culture supernatant liquid obtained by culturing dermal fibroblasts using a serum-containing medium obtained from the same human-derived blood as the subject from which dermal fibroblasts were collected. The production method of the present invention comprises (i) culturing and subculturing human-derived dermal fibroblasts using the cosmetic composition, wherein the serum is the same as the subject from which the dermal fibroblasts were collected.
