PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ultrasonic transducer that can singly or simultaneously perform diagnosis and treatment and that is equipped with a cooling means capable of easily suppressing generation of heat from the ultrasonic transducer.SOLUTION: The medical ultrasonic transducer includes an ultrasonic transducer 11 for diagnosis, an ultrasonic transducer 12 for treatment, and a cooling pad 16. The ultrasonic transducer 11 for the diagnosis and the ultrasonic transducer 12 for the treatment, which are disposed in close vicinity to each other, can singly or simultaneously perform the diagnosis and the treatment. In the cooling pad 16, a second container 16b made of a resin film thinner than a resin film constituting a first container and filled with water is housed in the first container 16a made of the resin film and filled with a coolant causing an endothermic reaction by the presence of the water.
