The invention provides a human antibody that binds human CSF-IR with high affinity. Antibodies of the present invention have significant advantages over the antibodies known in the art by being multifunctional : inhibiting signaling of CSF-1R, internalizing and inducing CSF-1R degradation and stimulating ADCC in cell including tumors, macrophages and monocytes.
