The present invention relates to a hot air and cold air switching drying device for capsules. The hot air and cold air switching drying device includes a left chamber, a right chamber, a drying chamber, an air inlet chamber and an operation panel. The left chamber is fixed to the left side of the drying chamber, and the right chamber is fixed to the right side of the drying chamber； the air inlet chamber is located at the lower end of the drying chamber； the upper portion of the left chamber is provided with a first fan, and the upper portion of the right chamber is provided with a second fan； the operation panel is disposed on the left side of the first fan, and a controller is also disposed on the upper portion of the operation panel. By integrating the advantages of high thermal efficiency, long drying time and large processing capacity of hot air drying and making use of the advantages of low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency and energy saving of cold air drying, the hot air and cold air switching drying device according to the present invention dries the soft capsules completely and can avoid adhesion and cracking caused by improper drying conditions, thereby ensuring the quality of the soft capsules.
