The device has a support (10) fixed to a carrier structure, and a reel (20) mounted on the support and around which a flexible stake (2) is wound. The reel defines a support surface (22a) for pins (33, 34) carried by the support. The support surface is arranged radially within a covering surface delimited by the stake, when the stake is wound around the reel. The reel and the pins are movable with respect to each other between reel rotation stopping and permitting configurations. The pins are arranged across a path of the support surface when the reel rotates, in reel rotation stopping configuration. The pins are arranged outside the path, in reel rotation permitting configuration.
