PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the homogeneity of packing density by forming a wet cosmetic itself extruded from a diameter-enlarged packing opening into a dense homogeneous state.SOLUTION: The wet cosmetic fed from a feeding pipe 3 is stored in a storing chamber 6a. The storing chamber 6a is communicated with the feeding pipe 3 by being bent, and has a passage diameter larger than the passage diameter of the feeding pipe. The packaging opening 7a packs a packaging space including a cosmetic dish with the wet cosmetic by extruding the wet cosmetic stored in the storing chamber 6a.
