A nasal endotracheal tube (10) designed to be inserted in a distorted or otherwise difficult airway of a patient using a flexible flibroscope, wherein the tube (10) comprises a tube body having the generalized curvature of a human naso-pharyngeal- tracheal curve, wherein, the tube body comprises a smooth cephalad bend (13) having a soft sealable port (14) thereat, and a low pressure high volume cuff (15) inflatable by a pilot balloon (16), wherein the cuff (15) and the pilot balloon (16) are connected with each other by a thin tubing (17) aligned along the length of the tube body a proximal end (11) of the tube body designed to be positioned outside the patient™s airway upon insertion of the tube (10) and a distal end (12) of the tube body designed to be positioned inside the patient™s airway upon insertion of the tube (10).
