The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a medical sheet that improves air permeability and antibiosis of a medical textile such as an operating gown, a patient gown, a mask, a hospital bed, and a pillow cover, including (S1) a step for manufacturing an air-permeable film by a method including the following steps； (S2) a step for manufacturing a non-woven antibiotic fabric by blending an antibacterial yarn and a fiber (LM fiber) lower in melting point than the antibacterial yarn at a weight ratio of 1:9 to 9:1 and then performing thermal bonding at a temperature lower than the melting point of the antibacterial yarn and higher than the melting point of the LM fiber； and (S3) a step for uniting the air-permeable film with the non-woven antibiotic fabric in a line pattern or a dot pattern. According to the present invention, the medical sheet can be manufactured to have improved air permeability and antibiosis. The medical sheet that is manufactured by using this method maintains a constant air permeability and improves the antibiosis of the medical textile which is in direct contact with the human body, such as an operating gown, a patient gown, and a mask, and thus is capable of preventing secondary infection to be used effectively.본 발명은 수술복, 환자복, 가운, 마스크, 병원용 침대 및 베개 카바와 같은 의료 직물의 통기성 및 항균성을 향상시키기 위한 의료용 시트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (S1) 하기 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 통기성 필름을 제조하는 단계: (S2) 항균사와 상기 항균사보다 융점이 낮은 섬유(LM 섬유)를 1:9 내지 9:1의 중량비로 혼섬한 다음, 상기 항균사의 융점보다 낮고 상기 LM 섬유의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 열융착시켜 항균성 부직포를 제조하는 단계； 및 (S3) 상기 통기성 필름과 항균성 부직포를 라인패턴 또는 도트패턴으로 합지시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 통기성 및 항균성이 향상된 의료용 시트를 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 의료용 시트는 수술복, 환자복, 가운, 마스크와 같은 인체에 직접 닿는 의료 직물의 통기성을 일정하게 유지시키고 항균성을 향상시킴으로써 2차 감염의 위험이 방지되어 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
