PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial spray agent composition for underwear having excellent permeability and quick drying and capable of imparting excellent antibacterial effect without exerting adverse effect on use feeling even if being used directly before the wearing of underwear or upon its wearing.SOLUTION: The antibacterial spray agent composition obtained by combinedly blending an antibacterial agent, ethanol and water has satisfactory permeability and quick drying, and can impart excellent antibacterial effect to underwear while having satisfactory use feeling.
