The muscle clinic system of the present invention exercises muscles around the anus or vagina of a user through a game to increase effects of treatment or inhibition of urinary and fecal incontinence, reinforcing vaginal contraction, and Kegel exercise. The muscle clinic system comprises a pressure input and output unit and a game terminal. The pressure input and output unit: is inserted into the anus or vagina of the user, measures a first feedback exercise pattern according to the exercise of muscles around the anus or vagina of the user, and delivers the result to the game terminal； and receives and outputs a second feedback exercise pattern according to the performance result of the game or an event occurred while the user plays the game.
