The present invention relates to a muscle pain relief device capable of reducing and preventing muscle pain by pressurizing a body part. When a coupling strap is connected to a concavely curved pressurizing panel and fixed, a user can wear the device on his/her body. A pressurizing band for touching the body part is coupled to the inside of the pressurizing panel, so the pressurizing band can be curved corresponding to the curves of the body part which change when the user wears the device, and can continuously pressurize the body part.
