PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication management support apparatus and a medication management system for supporting the management of a medication situation.SOLUTION: A medication management support apparatus for supporting the management of a medication situation of medicines stored in a medicine storage body includes: a first member having multiple pieces of storage recesses for storing medicine； and a second member for closing each storage recess and attached with a medicine identifier for identifying the medicine stored in each storage recess on a portion facing each storage recess.
