PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the provision of medicine by shortening the time of personal authentication even when there are many medication support object persons.SOLUTION: An authentication information exclusion processing part 26 in a personal authentication part 22 executes for excluding authentication information DN corresponding to a care object person who does not satisfy a prescribed medication provision condition from a plurality of pieces of authentication information DN corresponding to each of a plurality of care object persons being medication support object persons. Next, an authentication part 25 in the personal authentication part 22 performs personal authentication on the basis of the authentication information DN after executing the exclusion processing.
