- 摘要:
- Plantsencounter a diverse array of pathogens and herbivorous insects, necessitating awell-coordinated response for survival and growth. Recent research haselucidated a complex network of molecular processes, including signalperception, hormonal interactions, transcriptional changes, and metabolicmodifications, that govern plant responses to these biotic challenges. Plantsrecognize microbial and insect-derived signals through specific receptorsystems that trigger cascades of signal transduction, which ultimately convergeon shared defense mechanisms. Additionally, plant hormones such as salicylicacid, jasmonic acid, and ethylene play a critical role in regulating theseresponses, enabling plants to defend against multiple pathogens and pests whilemaintaining overall fitness. The initiation of defense responses results inextensive alterations in gene expression and epigenetic regulation, as well asa redirection of primary metabolism toward the synthesis of specific secondarymetabolites, including phenolics, terpenoids, and alkaloids, which areessential for defense against both pathogens and insects. Notably, the findingsindicate considerable overlap between defense mechanisms activated by microbialand insect threats, underscoring the importance of integrated signaling overdistinct defense pathways. This review aims to synthesize current knowledge ofthe molecular and metabolic foundations of plant responses to biotic stressors, with an emphasis on common regulatory components and adaptable defensestrategies that enable effective, sustainable plant defense.
