PURPOSE: A sustained release therapeutic agent containing biodegradable polymer nanoparitcles for treating intervertebral disc diseases is provided. CONSTITUTION: A sustained release therapeutic agent for intervertebral disc diseases contains polylactic acid nanoparticles. The therapeutic agent further contains fibrin. A method for manufacturing the therapeutic agent comprises: a step of mixing a first solution containing polylactic acid, capsaicin, and organic solvent and a second solution containing PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) and soluble solvent； a step of treating by ultrasonic wave to form an oil-in-water emulsion； and a step of removing the organic solvent from the emulsion.본 발명은 캡사이신이 포집된 생분해성 고분자 나노입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추간판 질환용 서방성 치료제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
