<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a factor capable of inducing tricellulin acting on tight junction (TJ), a TJ modulator, and a medicine-delivery system employing the TJ modulator. <；P>；SOLUTION: Tricellulin is detected on a site whereon a LSR (a lipolysis-stimulated receptor) is detected, and therefore a LSR is understood to be a factor capable of inducing tricellulin. Further, a substance interacting with a LSR, namely a substance suppressing the expression of a LSR gene or a substance inhibiting the function of a LSR can be a TJ modulator capable of modulating the function of TJ via tricellulin.
